Terms of Use
Last updated: July 2026.
Afinados is a product of Eiseron LTDA (CNPJ 41.516.538/0001-30). By using Afinados, you agree to these terms.
What Afinados is
Afinados is a set of tools that produces comparative geometric estimates to support carburetor tuning. The tools compute geometry approximations (for example, the fuel-passage area across throttle) from catalog data.
What Afinados is not
Afinados does not measure flow and does not replace bench, dyno, or track testing. The results are a reference for comparing setups, not validated jetting advice. Tune at your own risk. Eiseron is not liable for engine damage, performance loss, or any harm arising from use of the estimates.
Acceptable use
Use Afinados lawfully. Do not try to overload, compromise, or bypass the security of the service, or extract other users' data.
Third-party recommendations
Afinados may show recommendations for third-party products (for example, courses and parts) that we selected because we believe they are useful for you. These products are not Afinados products and are not provided by us. Any purchase is made directly with the third party, under its own terms; Afinados is not a party to the transaction and is not responsible for delivery, quality, or support.
Some of these links are compensated: we may earn a commission if you buy through them, at no additional cost to you. A recommendation reflects our curation and is not a guaranteed endorsement or purchase advice.
License
Afinados source code is distributed under the Functional Source License (FSL). See the project repository for the license text and applicable conditions.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Afinados is provided "as is", without warranties of fitness, accuracy, or availability. Eiseron's liability is limited to what applicable law provides. Nothing in these terms removes the rights that the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code (CDC) grants you.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. In consumer relations, the consumer's right to bring a claim in their own home jurisdiction is preserved, as provided by the Consumer Protection Code (CDC).
Changes
We may update these terms. The "last updated" date at the top marks the current version.
